1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended slightly. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.

2. Shipping Locations

To provide the best possible service and product availability, orders may be shipped from:

• • Our Contracted China Warehouse

The shipping origin depends on product availability, inventory levels, and the destination country.

Products from the same order may occasionally arrive in separate packages if they are shipped from different warehouse locations.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary based on the destination country, shipping carrier, and the warehouse from which your order is fulfilled. We work with both our USA Warehouse and China Warehouse to provide efficient global delivery and product availability.

Canada: 5–10 business days

Orders Shipped from China Warehouse

United States: 7–15 business days
Canada: 7–15 business days
United Kingdom: 7–15 business days
European Union: 7–15 business days
Australia & New Zealand: 7–15 business days
Asia: 5–12 business days

Examples of Asian destinations include Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam, South Korea, Japan, India, Bangladesh, and other supported Asian countries.

While most orders arrive within the estimated timeframes above, delivery times may occasionally be affected by factors beyond our control, including carrier delays, customs inspections, peak holiday seasons, severe weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen logistical disruptions. We appreciate your patience and understanding should any delays occur.

3. Shipping Rates

• Standard Shipping: The shipping fees depend on the shipping method you use and the shipping destination, please check the product description page for more shipping fee info.

• Calculated Shipping: Rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 1–3 days for the tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Silk N Silicon works with trusted fulfillment partners to streamline international shipping and customs processing whenever possible. In many cases, shipping costs are included at checkout.

However, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and other government-imposed fees may vary by country and are determined by local customs authorities. Any such charges that apply after shipment are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

6. Damaged or Lost Items
