All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. You will receive a notification email once your order has shifted from “Processing” to “Shipped.”
2. Estimated Shipping Times
Depending on what you ordered, your items may arrive in separate packages at different times:

Silk N Silicon is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
6. Damaged or Lost Items
